To take advantage of the robust financing environment, foreign early stage startups having raised limited Seed financing abroad, may consider flipping their companies and raising more significant Series Seed or A rounds here in the US. How can corporate counsel best support these startups? Lindsey S. Panelists spoke regarding the state of corporate social responsibility programs, and what in-house lawyers and the law firms that serve them can do to effectuate true change in recruiting, retaining, and promoting diverse individuals.
