Lindsey S. Mignano represents emerging technology companies and industry-adjacent firms and small businesses.  Her practice includes technology company business formation and expansion into US markets, M&A (flips, entity or asset sales), commercial/technology transactions, and venture financing matters.  Prior to launching SSM, Lindsey practiced law in the San Francisco office of an international law firm.  

Lindsey has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers every year from 2016-2024, an honor awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40.  In 2025, she was awarded the Super Lawyers distinction for the first time at the age of 40, an honor awarded to only 5% of attorneys, and she was one of only 12 Northern California female corporate attorneys to receive this distinction.
