Philip Omorogbe

Philip (“Phil”) Omorogbe advises entrepreneurs, investors, and companies on the strategic development and monetization of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, models, and applications. His expertise spans partnership, commercial, and licensing agreements; corporate formation and structuring; fundraising and venture capital financing; mergers and acquisitions; and intellectual property strategy. Phil currently serves as the Lead Counsel at ENGR Solutions, a consulting agency that advises government entities on the use and development of AI systems.
Before his tenure at SSM, Phil practiced at prominent law firms in New York City and San Francisco, where he advised federal government clients on a $120 billion corporate restructuring, assisted private equity sponsors with mergers and acquisitions, and guided venture capital and startup clients on fundraising and corporate matters. Phil earned his JD/MBA from the University of Toronto and now resides in the Bay Area. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, cooking, and exploring the beautiful Californian landscape. EDUCATION
