Specifically, they presented on topics such as choosing the right legal entity to set up your startup for investment; intellectual property concerns (i.e., confidential information, trademarks, patents); considerations when hiring early stage employees/independent contractors; strategies for raising a seed v. angel v. series round; business valuation, specifically pre-money and post-money valuation; and understanding dilution.
