Mignano hosted a joint holiday mixer for Stanford WIN members and the women of Harvard W3D (Women in Defense, Diplomacy, and Development) at the Fairmont San Francisco. Stanford and Harvard women gathered to network, sip champagne, and view the beautiful Christmas Tree and Ginger Bread House display.

They answered such questions as how to set your goals in life and work, and how to make (and keep) New Year's resolutions that actually work this time.
Lindsey S. Mignano spoke on a panel entitled "Transformational Leadership: Moving Past Performative D&I" for the Bar Association of San Francisco's Diversity Conference. Panelists explored what leaders in firms and organizations can do to effect meaningful cultural change to recruit, retain, and promote diverse individuals in law firms, rather than making DEI an extracurricular or selling point.
