4. Get through investor due diligence by ensuring that immigration is in order for your team.  Investors don’t want to risk funding a startup only to see the founder forced to leave the country a few months later.
   
5. You can DIY Self Sponsor your green card, such as EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and EB-5. Check your eligibility.
