Austin Humble works with entrepreneurs and startup teams to create and maintain corporate structures, cleanup existing corporate structures, recruit and retain employees and other service providers. One of Austin’s specialties is helping companies to seek and raise capital.
Austin also regularly represents venture capital, and angel investors in various financings. His experience includes working with companies in the consumer Internet, software, SaaS, mobile, biotech, medical device, and defense contractor spaces. Before joining SSM, Austin worked in BigLaw at Gunderson Dettmer as an associate in the corporate group of the Silicon Valley and San Francisco Offices. Austin spends time with his dog Ocha, plays a lot of pickleball, and treats his Yelp app like it is social media. EDUCATION
