THOMAS EASTMOND

Thomas Eastmond is an experienced full-spectrum business attorney, with expertise in entity formation, shareholder and other preliminary agreements, fundraising and financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance, real estate transactions, banking law, dispute resolution and asset recovery and insolvency. Having spent more than the first decade of his career in high-stakes litigation, he has a well-seasoned eye for the pitfalls and best practices to avoid or defuse wasteful conflicts before they arise, and if they arise, to resolve them with efficiency.
Prior to joining SSM, Mr. Eastmond practiced at the Newport Beach office of an Amlaw 50 law firm, where he advised entrepreneurs, developers, and financial institutions in a variety of transactional, dispute resolution and transactional matters. Mr. Eastmond is also a co-founder, original chief executive officer, and current chief strategy officer of Dreamstar Lines, Inc., an innovative transportation tech startup. He earned his law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law and resides in Newport Beach with his family.
