SHINJINI RAY

Shinjini Ray serves as outside general counsel to early-stage startups across a range of industries. Her practice focuses primarily on technology transactions and commercial contracts.
Prior to joining SSM, Shinjini worked in BigLaw advising life sciences and biotechnology clients in all stages of their life cycle on technology transactions matters. She also conducted intellectual property diligence on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) matters. Outside of work, Shinjini is enjoying life in the Bay Area by going on long walks through the city’s parks, baking, and going to book club with friends. On Sundays, she can be found watching Formula 1 races. Although she loves the Bay, Shinjini is also a proud Austin native and Longhorn. EDUCATION
