NICHOLA ROHR

Nichola Rohr advises early-stage startups through all stages of their life cycle including incorporation, expansion, equity financings, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate and securities law, including general corporate representation, venture capital financings and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining SSM, Nichola worked for Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in the corporate group in the San Francisco and London offices. She worked with high-growth technology startups and has experience on both the investor and company side of venture transactions. Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer, taking bachata lessons and auditioning for televised singing shows. EDUCATION
